Personal yoga coaching is an opportunity for us to design a yoga practice that supports your individual needs through centering practices, conscious inquiry, building compassion, and self-awareness.
There are many tools in yoga which offer a chance to develop self-love, non judgement, and inner peace. Working with me, we will explore ways you can take the centering practices of yoga off the mat and integrate them into your daily communication, relationships, and experiences with more ease and grace.

Consciously move the body, with proper physical alignment, to invite courage, heartfulness, and grace. Learn to meet yourself exactly where you are with self-love and compassion.

Use the breath to tap into the flow of subtle energies regulating the nervous system and bringing more ease in the body.

Deepen your connection to your inner knowing and intuition through witnessing, mindful awareness, and learn to skillfully direct your attention inward.

For rest and restoration of the body, mind, and soul, in effortless relaxation, create an awakening through this carefully guided practice.
